Office Supplies: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of supplies, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt, packing slip or email confirmation ("Original Receipt") to our store. For delivery orders call 918-682-7777 to arrange pick up.
Technology & Business Machines: Most Electronics are non-refundable.
Special Orders: Special orders such as custom stamps, advertising merchandise, etc. may not be returnable and/or may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Furniture: Furniture is known to have natural wear and tear and therefore can only be returned with in 14 days of receipt of purchase. All returns due to customer error will be charged a re-stocking fee. Assembled items and custom orders cannot be returned unless product is defective at time of receipt.
Food & Beverage items: Food and Beverage items are not returnable.
Used: Used product is sold “AS IS” and cannot be returned. No warranties apply.
Refund Policy: Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.
If payment was made by cash or check, refunds will be paid by corporate check. If a credit card was used that same card will be credited. If you have an open account, your account will be issued a credit within 21 days.
All returns must be requested via telephone or fax, or by using the Return Merchandise tab above. Some re-stocking fees may apply.
